Lots of mappings in one convenient package.
I uploaded most of them as single files too, but in this zip file you'll find some more.
I made them on a mac and mostly in Logic.
- made for Nocturn -
I didn't include the mapping for the fx versions, however you can 1) load the corresponding synth map, 2) set it to the fx group and 3) save it and/or set it as default if you like it. ;-)
I mapped most of the Logic devices to the Nocturn.
Some mapping are very simple (just renamed parameters), others show are new templates and some show a different approach compared to those that were available on the Novation website.
3 pages for Korg iMS-20. No CC's for the sequencer. Hopefully KORG will add CC's later for those knobs :-) UPDATE: CC 111 (Play) is now on every page!Enjoy!
This is just a simple mapping for 2 decks in Torq 2.0 unfortunately Torq doesn't support led feedback but the mapping is simple to remember once you have used it 2 times. It also allows you to trigger the 4 effects in each deck and the kill switches on the mixer for hi med lo. Enjoy it and once I have figgered out a better update I will let all of you know.
Single page mapping of the native Oxford Limiter by Sonnox. Made for the ReMOTE ZeRO SL MK1. Slider controls are mapped to the pan pots which might be more applicable for a limiter than the stepped endless encoders.
Template for Synapse Audio - Hydra for easy editing
Made with version 3.7 of Automap, on Mac OS X
using a Sl61 MkII
Presets includes both AutoMap as well as VST version,
even though loading any of them should work fine,
besides the annoying warning message stating preset
was not made for the specific version of the plugin.
Due to AutoMap and VST versions working interchangeably
I also believe that this will work on Windows versions,
but this is untested.
For a quick navigation of where to find controls:

This is my setup for controlling Stylus RMX from a Zero SL MkII.
The setup is created using enable host automation, and uses all 256 available host learns in Stylus RMX. It would be possible to create a more extensive setup using MIDI, but that would mean having MIDI routed to Stylus all the time, which is a pain in logic (unless you get down and dirty with the Environment). So this is an attempt to provide the best controls in a logical manner for everyday and performance use.
There are two files; a ctl_rmx file, which is a template you can load into Stylus (MIDI Learn > Load Template), and the other is the automap file. Make sure that 'MIDI Learn > Ignore Assignments When Loading Multi' is ticked, so that when you load a multi it doesn't clear the template. (For some reason when you load a template into Stylus it appears to clear all the sounds, but a reload of the multi and everything is fine'
Page 1 - Mix control: Level, Pan, Aux1, Mute, Solo and Play for each part
Pages 2-9 - Part Controls - each page contains:
For a single part:
Depth and Rate for Amp, Filter and Pan LFOs
Attack, Release and Depth for Amp and Filter Envs
Cutoff, Resonance, Width, Gain, Filter Type and 24dB
Pitch, Emph, Tone, Sample Start, Reverse
Half and Double controls from Time
Momentary Play, Unmute and Solo buttons
Tone control also from Crossfade slider and Exp. Pedal
For all 8 parts:
Mute, Solo, Play Buttons
Page 10:
Aux1 Reverb Controls:
Room Size, Time, Density, Low Tone, High Tone, Freeze
For all 8 parts:
Level, Aux1 send, Momentary Mute, Momentary Solo, Momentary Play
Global:
All play footswitch, global level
If you want to use this as a starting point for your own setup, you can use 'Unlearn Control' in Stylus RMX, followed by 'Enable host automation' to reassign the slot. You can view the full Control Assignments by clicking View > Controls (top left). Then Save your modified template.
I hope someone finds this useful :)

Automap MappingsDblue Glitch v1.3Wesley van den Berg
WVDB Dblue Glitch v1.3 for Windows.
Made to achieve maximum oversight in a live performance!
10 Pages total (one for each seperate effect)
The first page is dedicated to Main controls like pattern bank change, volume, mainfilter, seed, de-click etc.
Every Page is clearly labelled in the top left row of buttons, one fader per page is only used to set "probability" in random mode. Costumize!
I know it's a bit outdated, but still a nice classic!

JBM 61H is a plugin that aims to mimic the way PC speakers sounded and was programmed in games to produce all sorts of cold hard noises.
This automap is constructed so that each parameter is mapped twice on both the left and the right knob groups. The slider is mapped to one parameter on the previous page. The left knob group tweaks the parameters with a fast approach, the right side is used for fine adjustments of the parameters.

Mapping v1.0 for Native Instruments Traktor Scratch Pro 1.2.4 and
Novation 25 SLMKII with Automap Pro 3.4 by StrangeFreak (published on may 6, 2010)
2 Decks, EQ (with kills), Browse, Loops, 2 FX units
On 2 pages in group: mixer (channel 1)
An image of the mapping is included in the zip!
I used the above mentioned soft- and hardware to create this mapping. It should be compatible with all SLMKII's and ReMOTE SL's
The ZeRO SLMKII is a bit of a outsider in this list: the layout at the left side of the board is different from all other models, the mapping was not intended for this different layout and may appear less intuitive. The good part is, the ZeRO SLMKII has a crossfader which all other models lack. For the use of the fader as Traktor's X-fader, assign it to CC#34 in automap.
This mapping comes AS IS. Even to me it is a work-in-progress. I might change the mappings whenever I feel it should be changed. I encourage you to do the same. I created this mapping as a 2-deck mapping, solely because I have a 2-deck DJ-style. If you want a 4-deck mapping, go ahead, create one. Use my mapping as a starting-point if you like!
Note on awkward endless rotator behavior:
The two encoders in the browse-section should have been implemented as endless rotators, but due to the incompatibility between the Automap implementation of increment/decrement and Traktor's relative encoder modes (7Fh/01h or 3Fh/41h) this is currently impossible to do. I settled for the current settings because as long as you turn the rotator clockwise only, it works just the way I want. If you are as fed up with this limited implementation of the endless rotators as I am, send an email to Novation requesting for user defined increment/decrement values for the endless rotators in any future version of automap.
Any suggestions are welcome!
All documented cc parameters of the monster mapped in a logical order from OSC to LFO to Filter, Envelopes to the Mixer. You can easy navigate through the pages, they're all named and you now always where you are. have fun
The most needed Parameters (also deeper Parameters) compact on 6 pages. Logical and ergonomic layout. All well descibed. No hyrogliphes parameter description. Pages are named as well with dummy parameters (no function)for easy orientation in the pages...
Virusb Rackversion. Near all of the 127 Parameters mapped logical and ergonomic on the Automap. Good descripton off the knobs and buttons. Also the pages are describes as well. have fun
PG-23P is an emulation of the Roland JX-3P from the PG-200 programmer's interface. It was developed using a physical JX-3P and available specifications in order to match all routing, depth, tuning, and value ranges as closely as possible. It has all the characteristics and features of the JX-3P

Automap MappingsRemote SL Ableton Live ScriptDerek Cosgrave
The script and template give you control over:
The first 8 parameters of an Ableton device or a VST (you shouldn't need this for VSTs as that's what Automap Universal is for but it's an option) as well as bank changing (next, previous and 1-8) and locking to a device
The first 8 volumes
The first 8 sends of Send A and Send B
The first 8 track arm buttons
16 pads on a drum rack (I have found that the Remote SL also sends default notes so 8 rogue notes will be triggered while playing these pads, I don't know if there is a way of disabling it. A solution is to just leave these notes blank in the drum rack.)
Transport Controls, play, stop, forward, rewind, record and loop
I have also midi mapped a few features including, loop punch in and out, overdub, metronome, back to arrangement, follow, tempo/tap as well as nudge up and down, and quantization, scene launch, stop clips and scene select, master volume, headphone cue, master pan
Finally as I used Automap Pro for this template I incorporated some key commands to cover:
Up, down, left, right, arrangement/session view change, waveform/device view change, cut, copy, paste, duplicate, split and consolidate

Automap MappingsTraktor Pro MappingsNiels de Groot
This is version 1.0 of an elaborate mapping for using the Nocturn as a DJ Controller for Traktor Pro. It's based on a 4 Midi channel configuration and uses the group buttons to quickly switch to certain parts of the functionalities.
A instruction file and the Traktor TSI-file are included in this package. I'll upload newer versions once I have them.

This is my attempt to control the bass beast from Spectrasonics.
I focused on performance controls and easy editing.
Spec. tools have no predefined CC IDs, so I included this file too.
You need to load this for every part you want to control.

Automap MappingsiPhoneChanEQ & LinPhaseEQ - Apple LogicBryan Day
Improved Channel+LinearPhase EQ mappings for iPhone/iPod Touch. Easier to follow which nodes you're controlling as you flick through the pages. Last page is the same as the first (Lo+Hi Cuts etc). Pretty self-explanatory. Should work for Automap standard as well as Pro.
Use Nocturn to control mixer, transport, devices, scenes, clips, master, tempo, etc. It includes python scripts that communicate with Live 8. You don't need to map manually any parameter. Under GPL license. Revision 2 adds various improvements (see revisions.txt and readme.txt).
Just about every parameter mapped to 2 pages for the SL, laid out in a somewhat logical order.
Page 1: Osc, Filter, Amp
Page 2: LFOs, Effects, Playing modes, etc.
Made On Remote SL MKII

Basic Logic Channel Strip EQ mapping. Uses the two faders to control the frequencies/gain of each node, and buttons to switch each node in/out.
The first page gives control over the Hi and Lo cuts. Subsequent pages give access to the other nodes in turn i.e. Low Shelf, the four middle eq bands and finally the Hi Shelf.
Here is an Automap file for Windows.
I used some settings that were useful for me, hopefully you'll find some uses too.
I didn't map a lot of micro settings for the layers segments since there is just 128 automations routing that are possible on my system and most of them can be easily automated using modulations or others Cc.
There is some repetitions from page to page to group some functions together.
1st page: Parts lvl, pan, mute, solo, Arp on/off and Aux 1. A bit like the Automap for OSX.
2: Main parts Filters/Res and also glide timing.
3 All the others Aux with toggle on/off for special effects.
4: Amp Attack and Release for each layers with filters, Arp on/off and Glide timing toggle for all of the first 4 parts.
5: Same for the latter parts.
I've included the Control Map and the .Midilrn preset.
Use Nocturn to control mixer, devices, scenes, clips, master, tempo, etc. It includes python scripts that communicate with Live 8. You don't need to map manually any parameter. Under GPL license. Revision 1 that fix a bug with banks of less of 8 parameters.
Automap MappingsAbleton Live 8Guillermo Ruiz Troyano
Use Nocturn to control mixer, devices, scenes, clips, master, tempo, etc.

This is a simple map for controlling channel strips in Logic 7/8/9 using Automap PRO for iPhone/iPod touch. Uses Automap HUI (need to add a Mackie Hui in Logic>Preferences>Control Surfaces>Setup...).
It includes basic transport controls plus a few extra features on pages 2+3. Incorporates some key commands, so probably requires Automap Pro 3.2 or higher.
In order to use the Next/Prev buttons to navigate through the channels, you'll need to set 'Channel Strip View Mode' to 'Single' in Logic>Preferences>Control Surfaces>Setup...
Controls include:
Volume
Pan
Mute/Solo/
Next (down)
Prev (up)
Transport (RW-Stop-Play-FF)
Save (cmd+S)
Click on/off
Automap MappingsNocturn - TAL Elek7roDonovan Bartish
I love the TAL Elek7ro Plugin, and when I downloaded the other one here and it didn't seem intuitive with the Nocturn, I redid it myself. Perhaps the other was designed for another controller...
Anyway, this has 6 pages, going from left to right, top to bottom, as follows:
Page 1: Oscillators
Page 2: Mixer
Page 3: Filter
Page 4: Envelopes
Page 5: LFOs
Page 6: Portamento, Transpose, Velocity and Bend Mods
I hope you find this one intuitive to design your own sounds, and feel free to give feedback.
Automap MappingsNocturn - Novation Bass Station - R25LEDonovan Bartish
This is a Nocturn map of the Novation Bass Station, with the first 2 pages based off of the Remote 25 LE MIDI template. I posted another one that might be more straight forward, but decided to post both anyways. I just happen to have a Remote 25 LE, so I thought it might be useful to those already used to working with it.
This is a straight forward Nocturn map for the Bass Station plugin, assigning most parameters from left to right as you see the plugin. Pay attention to the buttons as well, some are redundant, but might work better than knobs in certain situations. It is divided into 5 pages, with the last being the setup page, in case you want to tweak expressive control from your keyboard controller.
This is my first Automap3 automap for this great Freeware Synth.
It includes all Parameters that I could find and they should be quite reasonably assigned. I hope you find it useful...
Here another 5 pages automap for Spark sythesizer. This ensemble is one of Stephan Schmitt (the founder of NI and father of Reaktor) personal amazing creations. This automap is a little appreciation for this great synth. Automap works only in VST mode / no standalone support in Reaktor. Have fun Cheers
ZIP-File containing 3 Automaps: Digidesign EQIII 1, 4 and 7 Band for Pro Tools 7/8. Optimized for mapping consistency: All the Parameter are at the same Place across the 3 EQ Version. More Automaps will follow.
If you have a comment for me, drop it at www.dyscode.com
This is a mapping for Omnisphere I have created.
It has 2 files inside.
1. Omnisphere.automap, and
2. Omnisphere.midiLrn
1. Load the Omnisphere.automap through automap and then select it to be the default control map for the client (you can do that through the file menu).
2. Copy the Omnisphere.midiLrn file to either :
HD/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings Library/Presets/MIDI Learn/
Or
User/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings Library/Presets/MIDI Learn/
(This depends on wherever you installed your Omnisphere library).
Now the most important part (also the most irritating) is to load Omnisphere.midiLrn file in every instance of omnisphere in every project that you might work on.
There are five pages of mappings. I've tried to divide the sections to diff pages:
1st is for the Multi page in omni.
2nd for Filter
3rd for Oscillator
4th for LFOs (only first 4)
5th for Envelopes
There are a few random mappings:
like Arp On/Off is on page 3 and Layer A and B levels are on page 2.
So do check it out fully to know of other random maps.
Ive only added mappings of Aux 1 for each of the 8 multis. Would request you to add the rest yourself.
Its very easy.
First select the crosshair at the bottom of the omni (next to the Red A) so that it becomes red and you are in Automate Once mode on the automap window.
Next right-click on the knob or slider on omnisphere that u want to map and select 'Enable Host Automation'.
Next move the knob or slider on omni.
finally move the knob or slider on the SL that u want to map it to.
Now u have to move the knob or slider on SL fully in both directions till you see the corresponding knob or slider move in omni.
That should do it.
Mail me if you're finding this too confusing and ill try and help you out.
my email is gksonic@gmail.com
Have fun with this kick ass plugin and your novation.
The four Dimension Pro Elements are mapped to pages 1-4 roughly in the order they appear in the plug-in. Most knobs and buttons are mapped plus course and fine tune. However, the zones and modulators are not mapped.
The mixer mappings are on page 5 encoders = fx sends,
pots = pan and volume and
faders = the elements fx input and wet/dry mix.
Page 6 is mapped to the mod fx and reverb.
If there is any zipper noise from the encoders, eg. cut off in an Element , try increasing the Max: from 256. This reduces the step size but increases the amount of encoder turning.
This zip file contains a 2 page automap mapping for Traktor Pro and the Traktor midi map to import into Traktor.
I have setup LED feedback for the play button so the bli in time with the beat and a basic macro so when you select monitor for a track it also sets this as the active track.
Page one is Decks A + B
button = play, cue, monitor, sync
Dials = hi,mid,lo EQ and Gain
Page 2 is seperated into 2 sections
Left buttons is for active channel
shorten, lengthen loop activate loop and turn off loop
Right buttons is turn on and off FX 1 & 2 for channels a + b
Left dials
filter A + B, active channel volume
right dials
FX 1 Dry/web and FX amount for each FX
Its a work in progress but has been tested in a club and worked well once I got used to it.
Enjoy!!!
Here an automap created with Traktor Pro. Great alternative to use Remote Zero SL as DJ. This 2 pages automap support 4 decks with whole effects and EQs. Have fun Cheers
Automap MappingsVirus TI Line/ SnowDaniel Flanigan
I have been working on a template for the TI Snow/TI series(strain ) for the Novation ReMOTE midi controllers. I have found an incomplete list of CC#s that I am using to map the TI.
The mapping is nearly complete...The Vocoder and input follower is not mapped, nor the mod matrix. I welcome anyone with a ReMOTE midi controller to improve upon these. Perhaps someone knows the sysex required for additional functions.
Update: Using Midi-Ox and a hex editor I found some sysex controls...hope you guys like this...its taken a lot of work

NOTE: Template includes pages to allow easier editing, thus templates must be sent in sequential order (e.g) template for page 1 stored as template #1, template for page 2 stored as template #2...etc
To change pages while using controller, press the side buttons on the controller(row select). Mutiple selections will trigger page changes. The LCD will reflect these changes.
Let me know if you find any bugs, etc.
